Kevin Creasy is one of the best high school football coaches in the nation. He's led Oakland to 4 State Championship victories with 6 appearances. Oakland has been ranked as high as 23rd nationally amongst all high schools and in the top 10 amongst public schools during his time with the program. Today, the program is considered a powerhouse and is one of the premier programs in the state. Creasy also had 3 state titles before joining Oakland.

Reginald Farmer II (aka Reggie) is a former Division 1 Safety for the Middle Tennessee State University Blue Raiders. Reggie visited WSM in winter of 2022 to share his story of earning a football scholarship. He faced a great deal of adversity throughout his life which taught him lessons that helped prepare him for the challenges of becoming a college athlete and ultimately fulfill his dream of playing college football.
Nathan Thompson (aka Nate) started and built his own barbershop which he ran for over a decade. He joined us at WSM to tell us about some of the challenges of starting/running a barbershop but also to speak more broadly about the challenges faced in the life of an entrepreneur. His insights included the value of being teachable and understanding that entrepreneurship is not for everyone - and that's not at all a bad thing.

Dr. Mario Rojas is a neonatologist that has been a professor at many universities across the US and abroad including but not limited to University of North Carolina, Vanderbilt University, Wake Forest University, and Universidad Industrial de Santander. He joined us at WSM to discuss some public health challenges we are facing today as well as some of the many challenges medical professionals face.
Jacob (Jake) Waddell is the former Executive Director of the US Hemp Building Association (USHBA). He joined us to walk us through hemp building and how it has and will continue to positively impact our lives. Jake also shared some of the keys to good leadership and how to effectively create buy-in on any project. He holds a Master in Material Science and Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Sydney (Syd) Rawls is an elementary school teacher turned content creator that joined WSM in spring of 2022 to share some laughs. She gave us some insights on relationships with women and cracked a few jokes. Syd has since continued to create powerful and informative content targeted at moms, teachers, and others like her.

I'Tavius Mathers was ranked 11th in the country in total rushing yards in his final season of D1 college football. He also holds the single season rushing record at Middle Tennessee State University. He later joined the Jacksonville Jaguars before experiencing a career ending neck injury. In the winter of 2022, he visited WSM to walk us through his story. We learned that focus and commitment to being great from a young age were paramount to his success.

Matt Jebavy talked to us about his life as a professional golfer. Matt has traveled all over to play the sport he loves and shared some very interesting and insightful experiences with us. We were fortunate to get to hear his story but also to receive some tips from this pro about improving your game.
Garrett Anglin of Anglin Law took us through his journey to becoming an attorney. He provided some general guidance on how the process of becoming an attorney works. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics and Philosophy from UCLA as well as a Juris Doctorate from Tulane University. Patrick Amans is a corporate finance professional that currently works in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Patrick joined us to talk about the corporate world and give us insight into what a good FP&A department looks like. He completed his undergraduate in accounting and holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Charlotte (Char) Flowers, a Middle Tennessee Realtor, tells us what many do not know about real estate. She walks us through the home buying process and gives us an update on the state of the market in the Middle Tennessee area. Char has had success working in Real Estate and we think it is primarily because she's very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
